Seamer Horse Fair – Important Information for Residents and Visitors

This year’s Seamer Horse Fair site will be located in the same field as previous years, situated off the B1261 between Seamer and Crossgates.

The site will:

Please be aware no members of the public be permitted onto the site prior to the fair day. Access to the site will only be permitted on Wednesday 15 July, the day of the Horse Fair.

We would ask residents and visitors to respect these arrangements and any instructions provided by event organisers, landowners, stewards, and emergency services.

There may be increased traffic in and around the area during this period, particularly along the B1261 between Seamer and Crossgates. Please allow extra time for journeys and take care when travelling near the event site.
